Williams has a small team that handles all firearm sight technical questions and orders via phone. During normal business we only have one person handling technical questions regarding our firearm sights, so please be patient. We strongly encourage all of our sights to be installed by a qualified gunsmith. You can also find installation instructions by clicking HERE.
Retail Division – Sales, Gunsmithing, and Ranges
For our customers looking for products or services within our retail store in Davison, MI then please call or email us your questions through our “Contact Us” page. Williams retail has different departments within the store which includes our sales staff, cashiers, gunsmithing, and ranges. Each of our departments have a department manager that can assist with customer issues or questions. Please read the following information for other common questions related to our Retail Division.
At this time, we only have our USED firearm inventory online and a small selection of other new firearms. If you find one of our firearms online, then you can securely purchase the firearm to be sent to your local FFL dealer.

Yes, we offer layaway for most retail product including firearms. 20% is required for down payment and then customers have 90 days to pay off the layaway. There is a 15% restocking fee if a layaway is cancelled.
