Williams Gun Sight now offers lane reservations exclusively for our range members!

This exciting new perk is available to all Standard and Premium Members, giving you the option to reserve a lane in advance—something many of our members have been asking for, especially during our busiest times. With this new benefit, members can reserve lanes 7 days a week for added convenience and flexibility.

We are currently in the trial phase of this new scheduling software and are asking our current members to help us test it out. Your feedback is important to us as we work to improve the experience.

Please follow the directions below to make a reservation, and don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or run into any issues.

  • Lane reservations are only available for the indoor range and are exclusive to active Standard and Premium Range Members.

  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day reservations are not permitted.

  • Phone reservations are accepted 24 hours or more in advance.
    Please ask for the Indoor Range Cashier.

  • Lane reservations are not lane-specific. A specific lane will be assigned at check-in.

  • Members with a reservation must check in at least 5 minutes prior to their scheduled reservation time with the Indoor Range Cashier.
    Williams Gun Sight reserves the right to release the reserved lane to others if the member has not checked in by the start time of the reservation.

  • If a member is unable to attend their reservation, it is very important that they cancel before the scheduled time, either through the scheduling software or by calling the Indoor Range Cashier.
