Williams gunsmithing consists of five full-time gunsmiths that have a total of over 75 years of experience. Each of our gunsmiths bring a unique talent to the table which allows Williams to provide unmatched quality and customer service.
Because of our talent and quality of work we have been recognized as a premier warranty repair center for many different manufactures. Williams also offers services to individuals and firearm retailers all over the United States.

Williams will always have gunsmiths available during our normal business hours. For certain services we can provide “While You Wait” services for common repairs or services such as sight ins. If your firearm needs a more in-depth repair or service then please leave your firearm with us, our turnaround times depend on the current workload and the type of service needed. For customers who do not have a local gunsmith or looking for Williams quality work then your firearm can be mailed to us for your repair or service.
- Consult with one of gunsmiths or sales representatives via phone on services, prices, and lead time.
- Choose the carrier of your choice such as UPS and it is recommended to have your firearm insured.
- Package your firearm securely and MUST include a description of the problem or service needed for the firearm. Also include your contact information. Do NOT include live ammunition.

- Upon completion the firearm will be mailed back to you in a timely manner.
- ALL Firearm Repairs will be returned to the original address we received them from UNLESS noted on original intake paperwork OR shipped to an FFL of your choice(may require additional fees).
