Federal Firearms License Dealer (FFL)
We are a Federal Firearms License Dealer (FFL) and ONLY handle incoming firearm transfers, NOT outgoing transfers.
Price INCREASE- Effective 1/1/2025
Starting 1/1/2025, our incoming firearm transfer fee will increase to $65 for the first firearm and $35 for each additional firearm in the same transfer transaction. Incoming NFA Transfer fees will increase to $125 for the first NFA item and $60 for each additional NFA items in the same transfer transaction. Williams Buyers Club members will receive transfer fee discounts. Please consult our sales staff for any questions.
For customers who decided to purchase their firearm online from another source, they can have their firearm shipped to Williams Gun Sight. Please follow the below instructions…
- Once your firearm has been purchased from another FFL dealer, please Click HERE to complete the transfer paperwork OR call our retail department to set up the transfer paperwork. One or the other MUST be completed before your firearm is received by Williams.
- We will need to know the name, address, and phone number of FFL dealer where the firearm is being shipped from.
- We will need to know the name, address, and phone number of the customer receiving the firearm transfer. The customer listed MUST be the customer to pick up the firearm.
- Williams will need an email address of the FFL dealer sending the firearm. So we can provide them our FFL.
- Once the firearm is received, Williams needs 2-4 business days to prepare your firearm. Once your firearm is ready for pickup, we will contact you. Please do not try to pick up your firearm the same day it is received by Williams. We need time to process the firearm into our records.
