Retail Sales - Part & Full Time

Williams Gun Sight is looking to add to their retail sales staff. Our qualified sales staff represent one of the largest firearms dealers in the State of Michigan. Previous retail experience and firearm experience is highly recommended. Our retail staff's daily responsibilities include providing our customers a positive experience when shopping, completing NICS background checks for firearm buyers, stocking shelves, and other general duties. Range Safety Officer - Part Time

Do you enjoy time on the firearm range? Then this position is for you. We are looking for part time range safety officers for our indoor and outdoor ranges. Daily responsibilities include keeping a safe environment for shooters on our range as well as general range maintenance. Cashier - Full & Part Time

Williams Gun Sight is looking to add to their retail cashier staff. We are looking for a full and/or part time cashier to fill roughly 20 to 45 hours per week. Having previous cash handling experience is a must. Having firearm experience would be a great bonus but is not required for this position. Assembly Technician - Full & Part Time

Williams Gun Sight is looking for qualified and motivated Assembly Technicians for our manufacturing department. This very important position assembles our USA made firearm sight components into working sights for our large customer base. The ability to work with small parts and pieces is required. Level 1 Machine Operator (Entry Level) - Full Time

Williams Gun Sight is looking for qualified and motivated Level 1 machine operators. This is an entry level machining position so training will be provided if needed. Candidates main responsibilities include operating production CNC machinery for Williams USA made firearm sights. Level 2 Machine Operator - CNC Set Up - Full Time

Williams Gun Sight is looking for qualified and motivated Level 2 machine operators (CNC set up). This position is for experienced machinists who are familiar with production CNC mill operations. Candidates main responsibilities will be performing production CNC set ups, install proper fixtures, tooling adjustment, trouble shooting issues for operators and running parts for production.
